1. Services Provided

Precise Remodeling, LLC provides remodeling and renovation services, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, hardwood installation, and more. By hiring us, you acknowledge that we will provide these services in accordance with the project’s scope as agreed upon in our contract.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Precise Remodeling, LLC are subject to change based on the project scope, materials chosen, or unforeseen circumstances. A final quote will be provided before the start of work. Additional costs may apply for changes or additions to the original project plan.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in delays or suspension of work. We accept payment via credit card, checks, and other agreed-upon methods.

4. Project Changes

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing, and additional charges may apply for changes that alter the scope or cost of the original estimate.

5. Liability

Precise Remodeling, LLC is committed to providing high-quality service, but we are not responsible for damages or delays caused by unforeseen events, such as weather, or any events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the affected work.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying for all work completed up until that point.

7. Warranty

All work performed by Precise Remodeling, LLC is covered by a warranty for a period specified in the contract. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or external factors.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Precise Remodeling, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that arise from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or from your own actions during the course of the project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State.
